Do you offer pickup services?

Yes! Local pickup is available at our partner auction houses. Contact us to arrange pickup times and locations. Some restrictions may apply based on the auction house's policies.

What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?

All shipments are fully insured. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours. We'll initiate a claim and arrange for replacement or refund.

Can I ship to a PO Box or freight forwarder?

PO Boxes are allowed for lower-value items only. Freight forwarders are accepted but may require additional verification. High-value items must be shipped to verified residential or business addresses.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on item value, size, weight, destination, and selected service level. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
