I’m Jamie, and my passion for coins and history was sparked by my father-in-law, Karon—the inspiration behind K. Walter Numismatics. Growing up in Long Beach, California, I spent countless Saturdays at the local hobby shop, where my love for collectibles first took root.

With a Bachelor’s in History from California State University, Long Beach, and over seven years as a full-time numismatist, I’ve come to appreciate that true numismatists are more than collectors—they are historians, artists, and lifelong learners.

Our president, Robert Paul, with over 40 years of experience, knows what coins to buy and how much to pay for them. For the past 40 years he has attended approximately 40 major coin shows each year, traveling all over the country in search of select rare coins.
